Science with SO/PHI
meeting
Granada. 17th-19th May 2022
RATIONAL
After nearly 1.5 years in orbit, Solar Orbiter is approaching its Nominal Science Phase. SO/PHI as one of the main instruments on board is now ready to do science.
The SO/PHI team wants to meet face-to-face in Granada, at the IAA-CSIC premises, to discuss about the lessons learned, about the first science already prepared and a performance assessment near perihelion, and about the prospects for the near future.

The meeting will last two and half days: the 17th, the 18th, and the morning of the 19th of May, 2022.

REGISTRATION
How to register?
To register, you must fill in the mandatory fields in the registration form. Payment can be made by bank wire transfer or credit card through the registration platform. If wire transfer is chosen, you must clearly state the name and the reference received by email upon registration.
Registration fee
The registration fee for all on-site participants is €130. Please note that full COVID vaccination is required for attendance in person.
Registration includes on-site attendance to all the presentations and communications, attendance and participation certificates, coffee breaks, lunches and a tapas dinner on the 17th.
VENUE
The Meeting will take place at the Institute of Astrophysics of Andalusia headquarters (IAA-CSIC), Glorieta de la Astronomía s/n, 18008 Granada. The IAA-CSIC is located 15 minutes walk from the city center, and can be reached by bus lines S2, S0, 11 and 9.
